Japanese Wii U region changed to North America. Comes with console, gamepad (no stylus), OEM power adapters, gamepad stand, sensor bar, non-OEM HDMI cable. Tested and working.
Power adapters have a bit of tape on the ends near the stain relief where the rubber detached. Very minor and the last picture shows what it was like before applying tape.
Gamepad screen is in great shape with no scratches. Console is in used but good condition.
